The instruments are delivered with a soft case, but if the customer wishes I can offer a custom hard case from 200 €, in this case the delivery time will be subject to the time of realization of the case.
The instruments are warranted for life against manufacturing defects or abnormal results of the materials, such as bent necks, incorrect string adjustment, etc. Naturally, damage caused by knocks, falls or damage caused by normal use of the instrument are not covered by this warranty. Damage due to incorrect use, modification of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the instrument are not included in the warranty.
Payments will be made in cash or by bank transfer and each of them will have its corresponding receipt. To block an option to purchase, the client may deposit a deposit of 30% of the value of the instrument guaranteeing the purchase of the instrument. If the client withdraws and does not comply with the purchase of the instrument, the deposit will be forfeited.
Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

The delivery time is currently 8 months. However, it is subject to the circumstances of the rhythm of the workshop at each moment.
